Keeping Your US LLC in Good Standing

Forming your LLC is a one-time step. To keep it active, every US LLC has small yearly obligations — a registered agent renewal, and (in some states) a state annual report. Here's exactly what you pay, when it's due, and what we handle for you.

Registered Agent Renewal

Every US LLC must keep a registered agent — a legal point of contact in the formation state that receives official mail and state notices. This renews once a year and is required in every state. We act as your registered agent and renew it on your behalf.

State Annual Report

Some states require an annual report (or license tax) to confirm your LLC's details and keep it active. Wyoming and Montana require one; Missouri does not. When your state requires it, we prepare and file it before the deadline.

Fees below are what Entryly charges to handle each renewal — shown live from our current pricing, so this page always matches your dashboard and checkout.

Missouri

Registered Agent$99/yr
Annual ReportNot required

Registered agent renews on your formation anniversary. No annual report deadline.

Missouri does NOT require an annual report for LLCs — one less filing and $0 in state report fees.

Montana

Registered Agent$99/yr
Annual Report$50/yr

April 15 every year (first report the year after formation).

Montana requires an Annual Report ($20). Filing after April 15 adds a $15 late fee. We file it before the deadline.

Wyoming

Registered Agent$99/yr
Annual Report$80/yr

First day of your formation anniversary month, every year.

Wyoming charges an Annual Report License Tax (minimum $60) based on in-state assets. We file it for you.

IRS Form 5472 — Federal Filing

Separate from state compliance, every foreign-owned single-member US LLC must file IRS Form 5472 with Form 1120 by April 15 each year — even with zero income or activity. This is a federal requirement, not a state one.

Missing this filing can trigger a $25,000+ IRS penalty. We remind you well ahead of the deadline and can guide you through the filing.
