Refund Policy

1. General Terms

Refunds only issued for service failures attributable to Entryly.

2. Eligible Refunds

2.1 100% Refund If:

  • EIN not procured within maximum 10 business days due to Entryly error
  • LLC filing rejected due to incorrect submission by Entryly

2.2 Processing Time:

Refunds issued within 5 business days via original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Stripe account denials due to customer's website or business model not being supported
  • Bank account rejection due to business or website incompatibility
  • IRS/state processing delays due to US government reasons
  • Provided details or documents have mistakes
  • Change of mind after processing has started

Partial Refunds: Government filing charges, Virtual Address Fees and Registered Agent Fees are non-refundable except as stated in section 2.1.

4. Dispute Resolution

All claims must be emailed to support@entryly.net within 14 days. Include: order number, detailed explanation, and supporting evidence.
